PROJECT 01:
Margalla Rehabilitation — Islamabad
Islamabad's Margalla Hills ; 15,782 hectares of peri-urban forest and Pakistan's most visible conservation landmark; lost over 40,000 trees in a single season, triggering WWF emergency alerts and Islamabad High Court intervention. Islamabad Green Nexus is Impact Nexus's response: a 24-month nature-positive social enterprise restoring 20+ hectares of native forest, planting 15,000+ trees, and building the Women's Green BioHub Enterprise turning 1,800+ tonnes of organic waste into compost and biochar while creating income for 50 women.
PROJECT 02:
Women Tech Hub
In villages and peri-urban communities where the nearest computer lab is hours away, talent doesn't disappear ; it simply never gets discovered. Women Tech Hub is Impact Nexus's initiative to close that gap, establishing technology and innovation labs in remote and underserved regions of Pakistan to equip women with digital skills, mentorship, and entrepreneurship training. We don't just teach women to use technology ;we build the infrastructure for them to lead with it, turning geographic isolation into a launchpad rather than a limitation. This is what "Closing the Gender Gap, Powered by Technology" looks like where it matters most.
PROJECT 03:
Teen Tech Initiative
Teen Tech Initiative will establish 10 permanent, solar-powered learning facilities across underserved regions of Pakistan' delivering integrated climate and technology literacy to 500+ school-age youth over 6 months. Each facility is designed to run entirely on solar power, cutting operational costs to near-zero while modeling the renewable technology students are learning about.
Nexus Clean Tech:
Turning Islamabad's Waste Crisis into a Tech-Driven Opportunity
Islamabad generates 500–600 tons of solid waste daily, yet formal collection efficiency remains below 60%; leaving plastic and e-waste to contaminate groundwater and pollute the capital. Nexus Clean Tech is Impact Nexus's flagship response: an integrated, AI-enabled waste management ecosystem combining solar-powered smart bins, a citizen mobile app, GPS-optimized collection routes, and a dedicated e-waste processing facility.
